Set your alarm clock 10 minutes earlier than normal, then do each of the exercises below. Working out in the morning will not only wake you up, but will help kick start your metabolism for the day.

Thirty Seconds – Push-Ups
One Minute – Jumping Jacks
One Minute – Downward Dog
One Minute – Jumping Jacks
Thirty Seconds – Push-Ups
One Minute – Lunges
