You know how to do flutter kicks while lying on your back or stomach. Well get the same ab burn while sitting on the couch. Lean back and support your head and neck. Keeping your arms extended out, lift you legs up off the floor. Flutter your legs, right then left, for 30 seconds. Rest. Repeat 3x.
