Green Superfood Salad- Healthy & Delicious
What a good way to eat your superfoods, in a salad. This healthy green salad combines so many nutrients. It’ll definitely be the healthiest thing on your table this week.
In a large bowl combine 1 large bunch of Kale (choose your favorite variety)- chopped, half of an avocado- cubed, a cubed cucumber, a half cup of seaweed, and 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds. Mix well. In a blender combine the other half of you avocado flesh, fresh garlic, a quarter cup of lemon juice, a quarter cup of cilantro, chopped jalapeno (seeds removed), a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, salt and cayenne pepper (as much or as little as you like). Blend well and pour over your salad. Toss and serve.
