Over 300 Frozen Products Recalled Due to Possible Listeria Contamination
Last month, CRF Frozen Foods company recalled 15 products in the U.S. and Canada. This was due to a possible listeria contamination. Now, a month later, that recall has extended to all of CRF’s products. 358 different products sold under 42 different brand names. These items were sold in every state of America, and in many places in Canada. Trader Joe’s, Safeway, Costco, and Target all sold these products. Both organic and non-organic frozen fruits and veggies are on the list. Anything with a date between April 26th, 2016 and April 26th, 2018 should be returned to the place of purchased for a refund. Do not eat it. Although it is just a possible contamination, listeria can cause vomiting, diarrhea, and a fever. If you think you have already eaten a contaminated product, and feel sick, call your doctor.
