Rock Climbing- A Thrilling & Efficient Workout
It takes a little effort to get started.
Unlike running or yoga, you’re going to need to get a few things together before you can begin rock climbing. Look up gyms in your area and see if they offer a trial, including equipment, for newbies. You don’t want to spend tons of money until you’re sure you like it. Some places offer expeditions, like REI, and for a fee they will take you out on an climb and help you out. It’s not a bad idea to take a lesson, or even just a crash course in safety and handling ropes.
