Chia seeds are healthy and can pump up a delicious drink into a healthier treat. Chia seeds are high in Omega-3 fatty acids. They also add fiber to a refreshing beverage. This tasty beverage combines lime, cucumber and water. In a blender combine 2 cups of water with 2 cucumbers (peeled and chopped). Blend until smooth. Juice 3 limes and add it to the blended liquid. Chop a third cucumber and add it to the water. Add 1/4 cup of agave syrup. Add 6 cups of water. Add 1/4 cup of chia seeds. Stir well and serve over ice. To make this fizzy, swap sparkling water for the flat water.
